Perry has been involved in a wide variety of commercial brokerage assignments including the sale and leasing of industrial, retail, office, and land properties. Perry is experienced in representing both buyer/tenants and property owner/landlords.

Background & Experience

Perry Snow has been active in the real estate industry for over 45 years. Prior to joining NAI Norwood Group in 1998, Perry was employed as a commercial/industrial salesperson with The Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group. Preceding his involvement in commercial brokerage activities, Perry was a licensed commercial real estate appraiser in New Hampshire, having held the position of Vice President of the Mitchell Appraisal Company, Inc. from 1991-1994, and Fee Appraiser/Consultant with R.G. Bramley & Company, Inc. from 1984-1991.

Education

Perry’s educational background consists of dual bachelor degrees from Syracuse University in architecture and business management, graduating with honors in each curriculum.
